This hotel is exceptional. It's one of our favourite places to stay as a family. The beds are comfortable, in our Corner King Suite, there are 1.5 bathrooms, a large living area with kitchenette, blackout curtains in both the bedroom and the living space for the pullout bed (which is also comfortable for a pullout!). The bathrooms are brand new and everything is beautifully decorated.

The hotel, room and casino was immaculately clean. The fitness center has multiple pieces of cardio equipment, full range of dumbbells, bench and cross cable machine. We had a bonus view of the lake in our room in the distance. The king room was very large and spacious. Loved that you needed a key to use the elevators in the hotel to get to your room, great security feature. The casino is a nice size and had plenty of slot machines to keep us busy, we’re not a table playing group.

Check in went well and I was accomodated by Kayla for a quiet room on a higher floor. The room was well appointed and good sized with a mini fridge, nice comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with plenty of towels/ toiletries, desk and everything I needed. The room initially did not have a coffee maker but after speaking with Amber and Taeryeon it was explained to me that they just got new ones ( previous coffeemakers were removed) and one was quickly brought to my room. I ended up staying 2 days and I was given a late checkout at no extra charge. There was a nice fitness room which I used.

The building itself looks and feels very new! the restaurants available within the hotel were also very good and even opened late (or never closed). It was a very comfortable stay

Our room was a corner King Suite and it was exceptional. It was large and well appointed. 1.5 baths with a kitchenette, good sized fridge. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was nicer than most condos. Reminded me of the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Comfortable bed and pullout.

This was a great hotel! They have what I would call a food court and most places in there are open quite late. The elevator has to be accessed by a room key which prevents unnecessary traffic and confirms people are where they should be. The property has free parking as well which was great. Staff were amazing and the beds super comfy.

Stayed in both the standard king and executive suite. Comfortable, very clean room, spacious rooms.

The hotel was recently opened in Jan 2023 so it is brand new and specious. Rooms are big and luxury. There is a casino where you can gamble.

I loved the feeling of security, cleanliness, and space of the room. I also loved the fact that debit was expected instead of credit card like most hotels.
